--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The aim of this research is to identify how religiosity can impact the expectations of followers. Having few researches on the concept of religiosity in France, this exploratory and qualitative work aims at laying the foundations for a more thorough doctoral research. The goal here is to respond to managerial concerns, in terms of managing religious diversity, and researches that encourages the study of religiosity, including spiritual leadership. The conceptual framework of this study is at the level of the first phase of the Rubicon model and uses the model of planned behavior of Ajzen (1991) as recommended by Behrendt, Matz & Göritz (2017), as well as the concept of psychological contract . Based on the work of Rokeach and Schwartz, it is possible to establish a mapping of the basic values compatible with religiosity, in order to show the impact of religiosity on values and then behaviors. As Ajzen believed that values and religion could be antecedents to his model (Leeuw, Valois, Ajzen & Schmidt, 2015), it seemed interesting to try to answer the question of whether religiosity could be an antecedent to the goals and Expectations of the pre-decision making phase of the Rubicon model in particular through the creation of a psychological contract between the follower and the organization and / or the leader. The result of this research is instructive in itself. Indeed, it makes possible to identify: - on the one hand, the convergences of expectations and behaviors between followers (all religiosities combined) - on the other hand, the impact of French culture on the values and representations of followers (including believers). This observation makes it even more legitimate to study the religiosity of employees in the French context ... due in particular to the specificities of national culture. It also allows us to conclude on the importance of implementing real communication, both internally and externally, which in itself constitute tracks for future research.
